Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Cutlassfish : 100g x 2cuts
  2. Water : 150g
  3. Onion : 100g
  4. Soy sauce : 15g
  5. Salt : 5g
  6. Red pepper powder : 15g
  7. Minced garlic : 5g
  8. Kelpt : 10cm x 10cm
  9. Chopped large green onion : 1/4root
 
How to Make it :
  1. Cut the fins off from the cutlassfish and wash it and cut into about a palm size each.
  2. Wash the onions and shred it.
  3. Lay the kelp at the bottom of the bowl, lay the fishes on top and add the water, soy sauce, salt, red pepper powder, minced garlic and spred the shreded onions on top and start boiling.
  4. After about 5minutes of boiling, put the chopped large green onions ontop and turn off the heat.
 
Tip :
  1. You can add sliced white radish or potatoes. In this case, change the water amount to 200g and boiling time to 10minutes.
