Cleam Seaweed Soup
조개 미역국

Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Water : 300g
Dried seaweed : 7g
Clam : 10ea
Kelp : 10cm x 10cm
Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
Salt : 1teaspoon
How to Make it :
Put the dried seaweed into a warm water and let it soak completely.
Put the clam into a bowl with some water to completely remove the sediment in the clam.
Put the kelp, seaweed and the clam into the water and start boiling to create the base soup.
When it starts to boil, change the heat to medium heat and boil for 10minutes and take out the kelp. Add the minced garlic and salt and boil for 3 more minutes.
Tip :
If you use smooth clams instead of clams, soup will taste better.
