Green Laver mix with White Radish

파래 무채 무침

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Green laver : 30g
  2. White radish : 20g
  3. Minced garlic : 1g
  4. Vinegar : 2g
  5. Sugar : 2g
  6. Soy sauce : 2g
  7. Sesame oil : 0.4g
  8. Ground sesame salt : 0.4g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the green laver with water.
  2. Shred the white radish.
  3. Mix all the seasonings all together with the green laver and the white radish.
 
Tip :
  1. White lavers are produced between December ~ February. It is very rich with the potassium, iodine, calcium and iron which are great for the children.
