Mallow Soup
아욱국
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Mallow : 20g
Soy bean paste : 4g
Minced garlic : 2g
Chopped green onionn : 2g
Dried anchovy : 2g
Dried kelp : 6cm
How to Make it :
Add the dried anchovy and kelp into water and boild for about 15minutes to creat the base soup. After 15minutes, take out the anchovy and the kelp.
Wash the mallow and cut it to about a finger size.
Add the soy bean paste, minced garlic, chopped green onion and the mallow to the base soup and boil.
Tip :
Sometimes mallow can be too long to chew and eat. So cut it to the size that you prefer.
