Bean Sprout Broccoli Salad
콩나물 브로콜리 무침
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Bean Sprout : 30g
Broccoli : 30g
Soy sauce : 2tablespoon
Vinegar : 1tablespoon
Sugar : 1tablespoon
Lemon : 0.5tablespoon
Cooking wine : 0.5tablespoon
Sesame seeds : 0.5tablespoon
Sesame oil : 0.5tablespoon
Minced paprika : 1tablespoon
How to Make it :
Lightly boil broccoli and bean sprout for about 5minutes and wash it in cold water.
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, lemon, cookingwine, sesame seeds, sesame oil and minced paprika to create the dressing.
Poor the dressing to the broccoli and the bean sprout and mix together.
