Bean Sprout Broccoli Salad

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Bean Sprout : 30g
  2. Broccoli : 30g
  3. Soy sauce : 2tablespoon
  4. Vinegar : 1tablespoon
  5. Sugar : 1tablespoon
  6. Lemon : 0.5tablespoon
  7. Cooking wine : 0.5tablespoon
  8. Sesame seeds : 0.5tablespoon
  9. Sesame oil : 0.5tablespoon
  10. Minced paprika : 1tablespoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. Lightly boil broccoli and bean sprout for about 5minutes and wash it in cold water.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, lemon, cookingwine, sesame seeds, sesame oil and minced paprika to create the dressing.
  3. Poor the dressing to the broccoli and the bean sprout and mix together.
