Braised Tongue Sole

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Tongue Sole : 1ea
  2. Onion : 1/4ea (Medium size)
  3. Kelp : 10cm X 10cm
  4. Water : 100g
  5. Soy sauce : 1.5tablespoon
  6. Red pepper powder : 1/2tablespoon
  7. Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
  8. Large green onion : 1tablespoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. Chop of head of the sole off and peel off the skin on one side and cut it to smaller size.
  2. Peel off the skin of the onion and wash it. Shred it.
  3. At the bottom of the pot, lay the kelp and put the sole on top of the kelp.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, little bit of cooking wine, minced garlic, water, and onion together and poor it on top of the sole and start the heat.
  5. As soon as it starts to boil, turn to medium heat for about 5minutes.
 
Tip :
  1. If you add too much of the red pepper powder, food might taste too dry or burnt.
