Chicken Vegetable Egg Roll

Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Egg : 2eggs
Young leaf vegetables : 30g
Smoked chicken meat : 100g
Honey mustard dressing : 10g
Olive oil : 1tablespoon
Red paprika : 30g
How to Make it :
Wash the young leaf vegetables and the red paprika together and shred the red paprika.
On a bowl, crack two eggs and beat it well with a fork.
On the low heat pan, put oil around the pan and poor the eggs and let it be cooked well into a sheet. You can turn off the heat and let it cook slowly with the remaining heat of the pan.
Tear the chicken meat and let it cook a little bit more on a pan.
Spread the honey mustard sauce on the egg sheet and put the youg leaf vegetables, paprika and chicken meat and make a roll.
Tip :
If you are a vegetarian, you can remove the chicken meat and replace the eggs with tortia.
