Chicken Vegetable Egg Roll

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Egg : 2eggs
  2. Young leaf vegetables : 30g
  3. Smoked chicken meat : 100g
  4. Honey mustard dressing : 10g
  5. Olive oil : 1tablespoon
  6. Red paprika : 30g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the young leaf vegetables and the red paprika together and shred the red paprika.
  2. On a bowl, crack two eggs and beat it well with a fork.
  3. On the low heat pan, put oil around the pan and poor the eggs and let it be cooked well into a sheet. You can turn off the heat and let it cook slowly with the remaining heat of the pan.
  4. Tear the chicken meat and let it cook a little bit more on a pan.
  5. Spread the honey mustard sauce on the egg sheet and put the youg leaf vegetables, paprika and chicken meat and make a roll.
 
Tip :
  1. If you are a vegetarian, you can remove the chicken meat and replace the eggs with tortia.
