Chives Fresh Kimchi

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Chives : 100g
  2. Red pepper powder : 1tablespoon
  3. Soy sauce : 2tablespoons
  4. Vinegar : 1tablespoon
  5. Sugar : 1talespoon
  6. Sesame salt : 1tablespoon
  7. Perilla oil : 1tablespoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the chives and cut about 1cm of the bottom part out and chop it to about 5cm in leangths.
  2. In a container, add the soy sauce, red pepper powder, vinegar and the sugar to mix well and add the chives to mix well together.
  3. At the end, add the perilla oil and the sesame salt and mix together one more time.
 
Tip :
  1. It makes a great side dish when eating any kinds of oily meat.
