Chives Fresh Kimchi
부추 겉절이
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Chives : 100g
Red pepper powder : 1tablespoon
Soy sauce : 2tablespoons
Vinegar : 1tablespoon
Sugar : 1talespoon
Sesame salt : 1tablespoon
Perilla oil : 1tablespoon
How to Make it :
Wash the chives and cut about 1cm of the bottom part out and chop it to about 5cm in leangths.
In a container, add the soy sauce, red pepper powder, vinegar and the sugar to mix well and add the chives to mix well together.
At the end, add the perilla oil and the sesame salt and mix together one more time.
Tip :
It makes a great side dish when eating any kinds of oily meat.
