Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Crab : 1kg(3ea)
  2. Water : 500g
  3. Kelp : 20cm X 20cm
  4. Dried anchovy : 3ea
  5. Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
  6. Large green onion : 1ea
  7. Soybean paste : 1tablespoon
  8. Red pepper powder : 0.5tablespoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. Clean the crab with the brush and cut the end part of the legs. Keep the cover of the crab on.
  2. Put the kelp and the dried anchovy into a pot with water and boil. After about 5minutes of boiling, take out the anchovy and kelp. On the base water, put the soybean paste and crab and start boiling again.
  3. When it starts to boil, add the garlic, pepper powder and the large green onion together and boil for 3minutes more and turn off the heat.
 
Tip :
  1. If you like your food spicy, add more dried red pepper when boiling.
