Nappa Cabbage Soy Bean Paste Soup
배추 된장국
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Nappa cabbage : 20g
Soy bean paste : 10g
Minced garlic : 1g
Chopped large green onion : 2g
Dried anchovy : 2g
Dried kelp : 6cm
How to Make it :
Put the dried anchovy and kelp into a pot with water and boil to create base soup. After about 15minutes of boiling, take out the anchovy and kelp.
Chop the nappa cabbage.
Add soy bean paste to the base soup and boil.
Add the chopped cabbage into the soup and boil. If boiled for too long, the cabbage will be too soft to eat. Boil until just enough to the cabbage textuer that you like.
Turn off the heat and add the chopped green onion for the topping.
Tip :
It is great to eat together with steamed white rice.
