Seasoned Acanthopanax Leaf

Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Boiled acanthopanax leaf : 100g
Red chili-pepper paste with vinegar : 1.5tablespoon
Perilla oil : 1tablespoon
Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
How to Make it :
Put acanthopanax leaf into a boiling water and some salt and boil until the leaves stem gets softed. When ready, take it out and wash through some cold water and squeeze lightly to remove the excess water.
Cut the boiled acanthopanax to bite lengthes and mix well with the red chili-pepper paste with vinegar, perilla oil and the minced garlic.
