Seasoned Acanthopanax Leaf

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Boiled acanthopanax leaf : 100g
  2. Red chili-pepper paste with vinegar : 1.5tablespoon
  3. Perilla oil : 1tablespoon
  4. Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. Put acanthopanax leaf into a boiling water and some salt and boil until the leaves stem gets softed. When ready, take it out and wash through some cold water and squeeze lightly to remove the excess water.
  2. Cut the boiled acanthopanax to bite lengthes and mix well with the red chili-pepper paste with vinegar, perilla oil and the minced garlic.
