Seasoned Aster Leaf

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Aster leaf : 100g
  2. Soy sauce : 1tablespoon
  3. Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
  4. Perilla oil : 1tabblespoon
  5. Sesame salt : 1tablespoon
  6. Salt : 1teaspoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. Peel the skin off from the stem part of the aster leaf and wash it well.
  2. Start boiling water with 1teaspoon of salt.
  3. As soon as water starts to boil, put the aster leaf in and turn off the heat and stir gently until the stem part of the leaf gets softened.
  4. After the aster leaf is ready, run it through cold water and squeeze it gently to remove the excess water and cut it to bite sizes.
  5. Mix the aster leaf with the soy sauce, minced garlic, perilla oil and the sesame salt.
