Seasoned Baby Sprouts
햇잎 나물

Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Baby sprout : 100g
Soy sauce : 1tablespoon
Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
Perilla oil : 1tablespoon
Sesame seeds : 1tablespoon
How to Make it :
Boil the baby sprout lightly and take out the remove the excess moisture by squeezing it.
Add the soy sauce, minced garlic, perilla oil, sesame seeds and mix them well.
Tip :
All spring vegetables are better in taste if you season it with perilla oil.
