Spicy Braised Mackerel

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Mackerel fillet : 1/2ea
  2. Potato(Medium size) : 1ea
  3. Onion(Small size) : 1ea
  4. Red pepper : 1ea
  5. Spicy pepper : 1ea
  6. Dried kelp : 10cm X 10cm
  7. Water : 150g
  8. Soy sauce : 3tablespoons
  9. Cooking wine : 2tablespoons
  10. Minced garlic : 0.5tablespoon
  11. Oligosaccharide : 1tablespoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. Peel off the potato skin and wash and cut it to a bite size.
  2. Wash the onion and shred it.
  3. Pick off the stem of the peppers and cut it to 2-3 parts.
  4. Mix the water, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, and the cooking wine to create the base sauce.
  5. On a pot, lay the dried kelp and put the mackerel fillet and the potato on top.
  6. Spread the base sauce created in step 4 over and cover it with the shreded onion.
  7. As soon as it starts to boil, turn the heat to medium and add the peppers in and let it reduce until cooked.
 
Tip :
  1. If you do not prefer the picy food, do not add the red pepper and the spicy pepper.
