Spicy Braised Mackerel

Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Mackerel fillet : 1/2ea
Potato(Medium size) : 1ea
Onion(Small size) : 1ea
Red pepper : 1ea
Spicy pepper : 1ea
Dried kelp : 10cm X 10cm
Water : 150g
Soy sauce : 3tablespoons
Cooking wine : 2tablespoons
Minced garlic : 0.5tablespoon
Oligosaccharide : 1tablespoon
How to Make it :
Peel off the potato skin and wash and cut it to a bite size.
Wash the onion and shred it.
Pick off the stem of the peppers and cut it to 2-3 parts.
Mix the water, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, and the cooking wine to create the base sauce.
On a pot, lay the dried kelp and put the mackerel fillet and the potato on top.
Spread the base sauce created in step 4 over and cover it with the shreded onion.
As soon as it starts to boil, turn the heat to medium and add the peppers in and let it reduce until cooked.
Tip :
If you do not prefer the picy food, do not add the red pepper and the spicy pepper.
