Bean Paste Jelly with Nuts
견과류 양갱
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Pumpkin : 20g
Mixed nuts : 10g
Starch syrup : 2g
Sugar : 8g
Agar : 0.45g
Water : 20ml
How to Make it :
Peel off the skin of the pumpkin and mash it.
Put agar into the boiling water and let it melt and mix with water all the way on a low heat.
Slightly run the nuts through the heated pan.
Put the starch syrup and sugar into the melted agar water and when it starts to boil again, put the mashed pumpkin into the water and slowly reduce it until it shines.
When it is ready, turn the heat off and mix together with the variety of nuts and put them into a mold and let it cool and solidify.
When it is cooled and solidified, cut them into a bite size and enjoy.
Tip :
If you do not prefer the pumpkin, you can mix together with green tea powder or mashed chestnuts after a boil.
