Tofu Vegetable Saute

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Tofu : 200g
  2. Green paprika : 1/2ea
  3. Yellow(red) paprika : 1/2ea
  4. Pine mushroom : 1ea
  5. Medium size onion : 1ea
  6. Bean oil : 2table spoons
  7. Soy sauce : 2table spoons
  8. Water : 2table spoons
  9. Cooking wine : 1table spoon
  10. Minced garlic : 1tea spoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. First mix the soy sauce, water, cooking wine and minced garlic to make a sauce that we will use later on.
  2. Remove the extra moisture on tofu and cut into about 5cm x 5cm x 2cm size and grill it on a pan on a low heat. It helps if you put some oil on the pan before grilling it.
  3. Chop the paprikas, mushroom and the onion into little bit smaller than the tofu in size and slightly saute it.
  4. When the vegetables are ready, saute all together with the prepared sauce and tofu.
 
Tip :
  1. It is great for the weight loss because it is very low in cholesterol.
