Tofu Vegetable Saute

Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Tofu : 200g
Green paprika : 1/2ea
Yellow(red) paprika : 1/2ea
Pine mushroom : 1ea
Medium size onion : 1ea
Bean oil : 2table spoons
Soy sauce : 2table spoons
Water : 2table spoons
Cooking wine : 1table spoon
Minced garlic : 1tea spoon
How to Make it :
First mix the soy sauce, water, cooking wine and minced garlic to make a sauce that we will use later on.
Remove the extra moisture on tofu and cut into about 5cm x 5cm x 2cm size and grill it on a pan on a low heat. It helps if you put some oil on the pan before grilling it.
Chop the paprikas, mushroom and the onion into little bit smaller than the tofu in size and slightly saute it.
When the vegetables are ready, saute all together with the prepared sauce and tofu.

It is great for the weight loss because it is very low in cholesterol.
