Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Chives : 500g
  2. Leaf Mustard : 500g
  3. Salted shrimp : 2tablespoons
  4. Soy sauce : 1tablespoon
  5. Minced garlic : 2tablespoons
  6. Korean red pepper powder : 100g
  7. Sugar : 4tablespoons
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the chives and cut it to 4 parts.
  2. Cut the head of the leaf mustard and wash it well and remove the excess water.
  3. In a container, add the salted shrimp, minced garlic, Korean red pepper, sugar, soy sauce and mix it well. Then put the sauce all over the chives and the leaf mustard.
  4. Let it sit in the container in room temperature for about 2 days and put in to the fridge for 2 days.
 
Tip :
  1. During the summer, let it sit in the room temerature for just one day and put into the fridge.
  2. You can contain the chives and leaf mustard separately and eat it together later.
