Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Chicken : 450g (1/2chicken)
  2. Dried kelp : 10cm X 10cm
  3. Potato(Medium size) : 1ea
  4. Carrot : 1/2ea
  5. Onion(Medium size) : 1ea
  6. Red pepper : 1ea
  7. Spicy Korean pepper : 2ea
  8. Soy sauce : 3tablespoons
  9. Korean red pepper paste : 2tablespoons
  10. Korean red pepper powder : 1tablespoon
  11. Sugar : 2tablespoons
  12. Minced garlic : 1tablespoon
  13. Cooking wine : 2tablespoons
 
How to Make it :
  1. Peel the skin off from the potato and carrot and wash. Cut them into bite sizes
  2. Peel the skin off from the onion and wash and cut it half.
  3. Pick the stem off from the peppers and wash and cut it to 3 pieces.
  4. Wash the chicken and start boiling under 1cup of water. When it starts to boil, turn off the hea and throw out the water and wash the chicken and the pot twice.
  5. In the pot, put the chicken, dried kelp, onion, potato, cooking wine, Korean red pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic and water 1.5cup together and start boiling.
  6. When the potato is about half cooked, add the peppers in and turn the heat to medium heat and start reducing.
  7. Reduce until all the ingredients are cooked and the water is reduced to low.
