Kimchi Chive Tofu Pancake

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Tofu : 450g
  2. Kimchi : 100g
  3. Chives : 30g
  4. Salt : 1teaspoon
  5. Olive oil : 3tablespoons
 
How to Make it :
  1. Remove the excess water from tofu and mash it well.
  2. Lightly wash the kimchi and chop into small pieces.
  3. Cut the chives to about 1cm in length.
  4. Mix the mashed tofu, chives, kimchi and salt together. If cannot mix them well, you can add an egg to the mix.
  5. On a heated pan, add the olive oil and start cooking the mix to a bite size.
 
Tip :
  1. You can eat together with some soy sauce.
