Fried Vegetables

Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Egg : 3eggs
Chopped carrot : 20g
Chopped zucchini : 20g
Chopped white mushroom : 2piece
Olive oil : 1tbsp
How to Make it :
Crack and stir to break the eggs in a bowl.
Mix chopped vegetables with the eggs.
Put olive oil into the heated pan and slowly fry the mix on a medium heat to a bite size.
After about 2minutes, flip it and fry the other side.
Tip :
You can add small amount of salt into the mix or eat with soy sauce for more variety of taste.
