Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Egg : 3eggs
  2. Chopped carrot : 20g
  3. Chopped zucchini : 20g
  4. Chopped white mushroom : 2piece
  5. Olive oil : 1tbsp
 
How to Make it :
  1. Crack and stir to break the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Mix chopped vegetables with the eggs.
  3. Put olive oil into the heated pan and slowly fry the mix on a medium heat to a bite size.
  4. After about 2minutes, flip it and fry the other side.
 
Tip :
  1. You can add small amount of salt into the mix or eat with soy sauce for more variety of taste.
