Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Thin slice lean beef : 450g
  2. White wine : 3tbsp
  3. Minced garlic : 1/2tbsp
  4. Onion powder : 2tsp
  5. White onion : 1whole onion
  6. White mushroom : 30g
  7. Green onion : 1/2bunch
  8. Soy sauce : 6tbsp
  9. Sugar : 4tbsp
  10. Sesame oil : 2tbsp
 
How to Make it :
  1. Mix the thin sliced beef with the white wine, minced garlic and the onion powder together.
  2. Slice the white onion and the white mushrooms.
  3. Chop the green onion to about a finger length.
  4. Mex it all together with the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, beef and the vegetables.
  5. Saute all together until the meat is cooked to your preference.
 
Tip :
  1. You can enjoy together with rice or make a wrap out of it.
