Bulgogi
불고기
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Thin slice lean beef : 450g
White wine : 3tbsp
Minced garlic : 1/2tbsp
Onion powder : 2tsp
White onion : 1whole onion
White mushroom : 30g
Green onion : 1/2bunch
Soy sauce : 6tbsp
Sugar : 4tbsp
Sesame oil : 2tbsp
How to Make it :
Mix the thin sliced beef with the white wine, minced garlic and the onion powder together.
Slice the white onion and the white mushrooms.
Chop the green onion to about a finger length.
Mex it all together with the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, beef and the vegetables.
Saute all together until the meat is cooked to your preference.
Tip :
You can enjoy together with rice or make a wrap out of it.
