궁중 떡볶이

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Rice cake : 50g
  2. Fish cake : 20g
  3. Mushroom : 10g
  4. Soysauce : 10g
  5. Sugar : 6g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Parboil the fish cake and the rice cake.
  2. Slice the mushroom into thin slices about 5cm in length.
  3. Add all the ingredients together with slight water and let it boil until the rice cake is softened enough to your preference.
 
Tip :
  1. The reason why parboiling the rice cake and the fish cake is to get rid of the oil that might be on it from the production process.
