Tofu Vegetable Pancake

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Tofu : 40g
  2. Egg : 10g
  3. Starch : 6g
  4. Squash : 10g
  5. Carrot : 10g
  6. Chives : 10g
  7. Cooking oil : 10g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Mash the tofu and remove the moisture.
  2. Dice the squash, carrot, and chives.
  3. Crack an egg into the bowl and beat it. Mix with all vegetables and starch.
  4. Put the oil onto the heating pan and fry it by bite size.
 
Tip :
  1. Moisture needs to be removed after being mashed because if too much water is in the mix, it will break off easily when fried on the pan.
