Seasoned Fischeri
곰취 나물
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Boiled fischeri : 100g
Soy sauce : 1tablespoon
Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
Sesame oil : 1tablespoon
Sesame salt : 1tablespoon
How to Make it :
Peel the skin off of the fischeri and wash.
On a boiling water, add 1teaspoon of salt and put the fischeri in it and turn off the heat. Kep stir until the stem of the fischeri become soft.
When the fischeri is cooked enough, take it out and run it through cold water and squeeze it firmly to remove the excess water. After that cut it to the size that you prefer.
Mix the fischeri well together with the soy sauce, minced garlic first and then add the seasme oil and sesame salt to fish it off.
