Braised Quail Eggs
메추리알 장조림
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Quail Eggs : 40eggs
Shishito Pepper : 150g (about 20pcs)
Red pepper : 2ea
Mushroom : 200g
Water : 3cups
Soy sauce : 1cup
Dried kelp : 10cm X 10cm
Cooking wine : 3tablespoons
Oligosaccharide : 3tablespoons
How to Make it :
Boil the quail eggs and put it under cold water and peel off the shells and wash it again.
Wash the mushrooms and cut it to bite sizes.
Cut the tip off of the shishito pepper and red pepper and wash and cut it to half.
On the cold water, add the soy sauce, kelp, cooking wine and the oligosaccharide and start boiling.
Boil the soy sauce water for about 3minutes, take out the kelp and add the eggs, mushrooms and the red peppers to boil for about 5minutes more. Add the shishito pepper at the end and boil for final 3more minutes.
After all finished, let it cool down in a room temperature for a bit and put it into a container and keep it in the fridge.
