Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Spinach : 40g
  2. Soy sauce : 4g
  3. Minced Garlic : 2g
  4. Sesame Oil : Couple drops
  5. Ground sesame mixed with salt : 2g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Put the spinach into a boiling bowl with little bit of salt and parboil.
  2. Take the spinach out and sqeeze to take out the water on the spinach.
  3. Add the soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil and sesame mixed salt to the spinach and mix together.
 
Tip :
  1. Parboiling spinach in the salted water makes the vegetables color more clearer.
