Seasoned Apple and Chicory

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Chicory : 30g
  2. Apple : 20g
  3. Peanut : 6g
  4. Vinegar : 3g
  5. Sugar : 4g
  6. Sesame oil : 2g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the apple and shred it.
  2. Wash the chicory and cut into about 3cm in size.
  3. Mix the apple and the chicory with the sugar and the vinegar.
  4. Finish it off with the peanut toppings.
 
Tip :
  1. Sesame oil is optional to add at the end of the mix.
  2. If you are allergic to peanuts, it can be taken out.
