Smoked Salmon Roll

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Smoked salmon : 50g
  2. Spring leaf vegetables : 30g
  3. Red paprika : 20g
  4. Wasabi : 5g
  5. Soy sauce : 15g
  6. Mirim : 15g
  7. Vinegar : 10g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the young leaf vegetables and the red paprika together and shred the red paprika.
  2. Mix wasabi, soy sauce, mirim and vinegar and make the sauce.
  3. Spread the smoked salmon and put the vegetables on it and make a roll.
  4. Using the soy sauce as a dipping sauce, you can enjoy together.
 
Tip :
  1. If wraping right on the salmon is too hard, you can put a layer of seaweed in between the salmon and the vegetables.
