Tofu Vegetable Pancake(Mixed)

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Tofu : 1lb
  2. Egg : 2ea
  3. Broccoli : 30g
  4. Carrot : 30g
  5. Salt : 1tea spoon
  6. Olive Oil
 
How to Make it :
  1. Mash the tofu.
  2. Boil the broccoli lightly and chop into small pieces.
  3. Chop the carrots into small pieces.
  4. On a bowl, mix all the mashed tofu, vegetables, eggs and salt together and make a bite size ball.
  5. Put the olive oil on to the pan and grill the mix until the inside is cooked and the outer layer is golden brown.
 
Tip :
  1. You can dip it lightly into soy sauce when eating.
