Tofu Vegetable Pancake(Mixed)

Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Tofu : 1lb
Egg : 2ea
Broccoli : 30g
Carrot : 30g
Salt : 1tea spoon
Olive Oil
How to Make it :
Mash the tofu.
Boil the broccoli lightly and chop into small pieces.
Chop the carrots into small pieces.
On a bowl, mix all the mashed tofu, vegetables, eggs and salt together and make a bite size ball.
Put the olive oil on to the pan and grill the mix until the inside is cooked and the outer layer is golden brown.
Tip :
You can dip it lightly into soy sauce when eating.
