Soy Sauce Braised Chicken

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Chicken : 450g (1/2 Chicken)
  2. Dried kelp : 10cm X 10cm
  3. Potato(Medium size) : 1ea
  4. Carrot : 1/2ea
  5. Onion(Medium size) : 1ea
  6. Red pepper : 1ea
  7. Cooking wine : 2tablespoons
  8. Minced garlic : 1tablespoon
  9. Sugar : 2tablespoons
  10. Soy sauce : 4tablespoons
  11. Water : 2.5cups
 
How to Make it :
  1. Peel the skin off from the potato and carrot and wash. Cut it to bite size.
  2. Peel the skin off from the onion and wash it. Cut the end of the red pepper and wash and cut to 3pieces.
  3. Wash the chicken and first boil under about 1cup of water. As soon as it starts to boil, turn off the heat and throw out the first boil water and wash the pot and chicken twice.
  4. In a pot, put the chicken, dried kelp, onion, potato, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic and water 1.5cup the start boiling.
  5. When the potato is about helf cooked, add the carrot and red pepper and turn the heat to medium and start reducing.
  6. Boil until all ingrediants are cooked and the water is reduced well.
