Spicy Bean Sprout Soup

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Water : 300g
  2. Bean Sprout : 20g
  3. Kelp : 10cm x 10cm
  4. Dried anchovy : 3ea
  5. Salted shrimp : 0.5tablespoon
  6. Red pepper powder : 0.5tablespoon
  7. Minced garlic : 1teaspoon
  8. Chopped small green onion : 1tablespoon
 
How to Make it :
  1. Add the kelp and the dried anchovy into a pot with water and let it boil for about 5minutes. After 5minutes, take out the kelp and anchovy.
  2. On the base soup, add the bean sprout and keep boiling. Do not open the lid until it starts to boil.
  3. As soon as it starts to boil, turn the heat to medium heat and add the salted shrimp, red pepper powder and minced garlic and boil for about 2 minutes more. After 2minutes, add in shopped small green onion and turn off the heat.
 
Tip :
  1. You can use salted anchovy sauce instead of the salted shrimp.
  2. Instead of adding bean sprout, if you add old fermanted chopped kimchi, it becomes a kimchi soup.
