Squid White Radish Soup
오징어 무국
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Squid : 30g
White radish : 20g
Dried kelp : 6cm
Chives : 2g
Minced garlic : 1g
Soy sauce : 2g
How to Make it :
Clean the squid and cute it to a bite size.
Square cute the white radish.
Wash the chives and chop it.
Put the dried kelp and white radish into boiling water to make the base soup.
After boiling for about 15minutes, take out the kelp but keep the white radish.
Add the cute squid into the water and let it boild for about 10minutes.
Add the minced garlic, soy sauce and chives to finish it off.
Tip :
It is easier to skin the squid if to cut a little bit at the end of the squid body.
