Fresh Cabbage Kimchi Salad

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Napa cabbage : 1head
  2. Salt : 1/5Cup
  3. Korean red pepper powder : 2tbsp
  4. Soy sauce : 2tbsp
  5. Minced garlic : 1tbsp
  6. Sugar : 1.5tbsp
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the napa cabbage and cut it to a bite or two bite size. If you prefer to taste the full texture of the cabbge, you can just chop the hard end and tear it.
  2. Sprinkle the salt on the cabbage and let it sit for about 15minute.
  3. Wash the salted cabbage completely with water.
  4. Mix the napa cabbage, Korean pepper powder, soy sauce, minced garlic and sugar all together.
 
Tip :
  1. It is different from the traditional fermented style if you prefer the fresh Kimchi in salad style.
