Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Potato : 40g
  2. Onion : 20g
  3. Carrot : 10g
  4. Salt
  5. Cooking oil : 10g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Peel off the potato skin and put into the blender with diced onion.
  2. Dice the carrot and mix with the blend and add in the salt.
  3. Put oil on to the heated pan and fry the mix to a bite size.
 
Tip :
  1. Whiter and the thinner the skin of the potato is, it is better to use for this recipe.
