Clam white radish soup

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Clam : 80g
  2. White radish : 20g
  3. Kelp : 6cm
  4. Sliced green onion : 2g
  5. Minced garlic : 1g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Cut the white radish to cubes.
  2. Put the kelp, clam, diced white radish and boil.
  3. When the white radish turn clear, take out the kelp and add the green onion, minced garlic.
  4. Finish it off by adding some salt as you please.
 
Tip :
  1. You can replace the clam with the large clam or the mussel.
  2. If boiled for too long, soup will be cloudy and the clam will get tough.
