Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Chicken : 40g
  2. Onion : Medium size
  3. Kelp : 6cm
  4. Large green onion : 1g
  5. Salt : 0.6g
  6. Minced Garlic : 0.6g
  7. Pepper : 0.6g
 
How to Make it :
  1. First boil once with the chicken meat, whole onion, kelp, pepper. After the boil start, poor out the water and wash with cold water and reboil to create the base soup.
  2. Take out kelp after 10-15minutes after the boil.
  3. After the chicken meat is cooked enough, take out with onion and tear the chicken meat and put it to the side.
  4. Slice the large green onion.
  5. On a new pot, reboil the separate base soup and add in the chicken meat, sliced green onion, minced garlic and finish it off with pepper and salt.
 
Tip :
  1. The reason for putting the whole onion and kelp is not only to make the taste richer, but also, to remove the meat order.
