Egg pollack soup
달걀북엇국
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
Dried pollack : 10g
White radish : 10g
Chopped large green onion and garlic : 2g
Dried anchovy : 2g
Dried kelp : 6cm
Egg : 10g
Salt
How to Make it :
Cut the white radish to square and tear the dried pollack and put it in the water until it is softened.
Put the dried anchovy and the dried kelp into water for about 10-15 minutes to make the base of the soup.
Take out the anchovy and kelp and put in the white radish and the pollack into the base soup and boil.
After about 5-10 minutes into the boil, when the radish is boiled enough to be soft, add the egg into the soup and beat it.
Finish it off by adding the large green onion and the garlic.
Add the salt as you prefer.
Tip :
Pollack is rich with lysin which is the essential ammino acid that helps with the cell development. Also contains tryptophan which is helpful with the emotion stability.
Also it is known among Koreans to be one of the best food to eat after a heavy drink the day before.
