Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. White rice : 80g
  2. Bean sprout : 30g
  3. Mushroom : 16g
  4. Carrot : 10g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the rice and the bean sprout.
  2. Dice the mushroom and the carrot.
  3. Put the rice in a pot and the rest of the ingredients on top of the rice.
  4. Fill the water slightly above the rice line.
  5. Turn on the heat to the max and wait until it starts to boil.
  6. As soon as it starts to boil, turn to low heat and let it cook for 15minutes more.
  7. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes more.
 
Tip :
  1. Due to the natural taste from the vegetables, you do not need to add more to the rice.
  2. If you would like to season the rice, do it with soy sauce.
