Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Vegetable mix : 284g
  2. Soy sauce : 6tbsp
  3. Minced garlic : 1tsp
  4. Sugar : 1tbsp
  5. Carrot : 1 carrot
  6. Favorite nuts : anykind for any amount that you prefer
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash the vegetables and the carrot and shred the carrot.
  2. Mix all ingredients all together and toss it lightly to mix well.
 
Tip :
  1. If you prefer spicy food, you can add 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
