Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. White Rice : 60g 
  2. Bean sprouts : 20g
  3. Carrot : 10g
  4. Squash : 10g
  5. Sprout vegetables : 10g
  6. Soy sauce : 6g
  7. Minced garlic : 1g
  8. Ground sesame mixed with salt : 0.6g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Prepare white rice in the rice cooker.
  2. Parboil bean sprouts and mix little bit of salt, sesame oil and sesame seed.
  3. Slice carrot and squash and stir-fry.
  4. Wash sprout vegetables in running water.
  5. Put all vegetables and rice into a bowl and mix with soysauce, minced garlic and sesame seeds.
 
Tip :
  1. Spring sprouts refers to fresh grown young leaves and it contains variety of minerals and nutrients.
