Sprout Bibimbap
새싹비빔밥
Ingredients :
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
White Rice : 60g
Bean sprouts : 20g
Carrot : 10g
Squash : 10g
Sprout vegetables : 10g
Soy sauce : 6g
Minced garlic : 1g
Ground sesame mixed with salt : 0.6g
How to Make it :
Prepare white rice in the rice cooker.
Parboil bean sprouts and mix little bit of salt, sesame oil and sesame seed.
Slice carrot and squash and stir-fry.
Wash sprout vegetables in running water.
Put all vegetables and rice into a bowl and mix with soysauce, minced garlic and sesame seeds.
Tip :
Spring sprouts refers to fresh grown young leaves and it contains variety of minerals and nutrients.
