Squid Kimchi Pancake

Ingredients : 
 
*1Tablespoon = 15g / 1Teaspoon = 5g / 1Cup = 200g
 
  1. Squid : 20g
  2. Kimchi : 20g
  3. Carrot : 10g
  4. Korean pancake mix : 20g
  5. Egg : 10g
  6. Cooking oil : 10g
 
How to Make it :
  1. Wash kimchi lightly and remove the excess water and cut it to a bite size.
  2. Dice the carrot and the squid into small size.
  3. Mix the cut kimchi, diced carrot, squid with the Korean pancake mix and egg.
  4. Put the oil around the heated pan and fry the mix by a spoon size.
 
Tip :
  1. It is great to eat together with little bit of soy sauce if you want some extra falvor.
